How to Apply

Overview

Spring 2027 Priority Application Period: August 1, 2026 – January 2, 2027

We encourage you to make an appointment with our Program Director before applying to the program for an evaluation of your academic coursework and a determination of your initial admissibility.

In order to be evaluated for admission and/or a potential seat in the program, applicants must complete the following steps:

  • Apply online to Stanislaus State (Cal State Apply). Please note: $70 application fee is required.

    • Upload unofficial transcripts from every college attended, including coursework in progress.
    • Unofficial transcripts are sufficient for the initial admissions review.

After you are offered admission
If admitted and you choose to enroll, you must submit official transcripts from every college attended.

  • Official transcripts from each college attended, including coursework currently in progress, must be sent electronically to CAPEtranscripts@csustan.edu. If your college does not have an electronic transcript option, please mail your transcript to:
