How to Apply

Overview

Spring 2027 – Application Period: June 1 – August 1, 2026

All required materials must be submitted by the application deadline. We do not contact applicants for missing materials or application. Applicants are responsible for making sure the program has received all their materials by the application deadline. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated.

Requirements for a complete application

  1. Apply to the ASBSN Program: Stanislaus State
    *This application is for both the University and the School of Nursing. There is a $70 fee to apply to the University. This fee may be paid online when you apply.

    ​Upload the following material to your Cal State Application:
    • Unofficial transcripts from each college or university attended after high school, including AP Scores (Required)
      • ​All students with coursework from countries other than the United States need to provide a report of course work and degree equivalency to U.S. standards – through a credential evaluation.
        • Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by one of the approved organizations listed here. These organizations are private enterprises that have been approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and they charge a fee for their services. In all instances, original, official documentation will be required when requesting an evaluation. When seeking the evaluation be sure to request a Comprehensive/Detailed Report, which must include the following:
          • Identification of institution(s) attended, dates of attendance, credential(s) earned, and the United States educational equivalent
          • Individual courses taken with semester units
          • Individual course grade equivalents
          • Course levels in terms of lower and upper-division, graduate and professional level for each post-secondary course evaluated
          • Overall grade point average (GPA)
    • Healthcare Experience form (Optional)
    • Language Proficiency Certification (Optional)
  2. ATI TEAS version VII result must be sent from ATI to Continuing and Professional Education at Stanislaus State

If an admission offer is made to you, at that time we will require Official transcripts from every institution and AP score be sent electronically to CAPEtranscripts@csustan.edu. If your institution does not have an electronic transcript option, please mail your transcript to:

Note: If your Official transcripts are not sent by the deadline provided in your offer letter, your seat will be rescinded, and we will move on to the next candidate on the alternate list.

The ASBSN Program is a unique and specialized program that is administered through Professional and Global Education. Therefore, we have our own unique application dates. Please do not go off the regular University application dates. In order to successfully apply to our program, you must submit the above application during our application period.
