*This application is for both the University and the School
of Nursing. There is a $70 fee to apply to the
University. This fee may be paid online when you apply.
Please note: OFFICIAL transcripts from each college
attended (including in-progress) must also be sent electronically
to CAPEtranscripts@csustan.edu.

Lumira Healthcare Scholarship Opportunity
Thanks to the generosity of Lumira Healthcare,
scholarship funding is available for eligible students admitted
to the Fall 2027 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
(PMHNP) program.
Scholarship Details

13 scholarships available
- Each scholarship covers 50% of program
tuition
- A separate Scholarship Interest Form must be completed
- Scholarship recipients must be admitted to the Fall 2027
PMHNP program
Selection Process
- Scholarships will be awarded to qualified and admitted to the
Fall 2027 PMHNP program on a first-come, first-served
basis until all available awards have been
distributed.
- If more than 13 qualified and admitted students apply, an
alternate list will be maintained in the event
that a scholarship becomes available.
Scholarship Commitment
- As part of Lumira Healthcare’s commitment to expanding access
to mental health services, scholarship recipients will agree to
provide free mental health services to at least 20 women
residing within designated service-area zip codes within two (2)
years of graduating from the PMHNP program.
Important: Due to the limited number of
scholarships available, applicants are encouraged to submit their
PMHNP application and Scholarship Interest Form as early as
possible once submission opens on October 1, 2026.
