You must submit the following for admission:
- Application
- $150 Application Fee
- English Proficiency Score Report
- Certification of Finance and a financial statement (no older than six months)

Students can receive an exemption for submitting TOELF/IELTS scores by submitting proof of one of the following:
- Official admission test score report (ACT or SAT I)
- Transfer students who have taken an English Composition course at U.S. Higher Education Institution with a grade of B or higher.
- Attended a U.S. high school for 3 years.
If your English scores fall in these ranges, you may apply to take a semester of Intensive English courses plus a semester of Study at Stan State undergraduate courses.

You will be required to pass all Intensive English courses with a C or better and the TOEFL ITP with a 550 or better in order to progress to graduate courses.
We strongly recommend that students bring an up-to-date English transcript or translation from their home institution showing the classes already completed. This will allow students to show when they have met prerequisites for upper-division classes they may wish to take.
