Leadership/Mentorship/Practice Seminars
This seminar-based course focuses on the palliative care social worker’s role as a leader, educator, and mentor within interdisciplinary teams and healthcare systems. You will engage in facilitated mentorship meetings, case presentations, and the development of a Leadership or Practice Development Project tailored to your professional goals. The course supports the refinement of leadership presence, teaching skills, and sustainable practice models for experienced clinicians.

- Instructor-led course features 3 weeks of online instruction with optional weekly Zoom session

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE?
Students enrolling in this course should have a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling/ therapy, or closely related field, preferably with clinical application/experience.
